Rights and Liabilities Under the FCRA and FDCPA – July 31, 2008

Attorney Sylvia Goldsmith of the Law Office of Sylvia A. Goldsmith will be speaking at a conference on Rights and Liabilities under the FCRA and FDCPA on July 31, 2008, in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.  Goldsmith will be discussing what the FCRA requires including measuring accuracy in consumer reports, understanding liability for incorrect information, the duty to correct information, restricting information in consumer reports, and furnishing, releasing and using reports. 

The seminar provides 3.25 Ohio CLE hours for Attorneys.
